                                                                       DUTIES OF BLOCK INCHARGE

  1. Responsible members, who have volunteered their services, have been nominated as In Charge of their respective Blocks.
  2. The Blocks In Charge will be responsible for the following:-

(a)       Monitoring the cleanliness within the Blocks and bringing any             shortcomings to the notice of the Member IC General Cleanliness.

(b)       Monitoring of Central Areas for unauthorized usage.

(c)       Encouraging residents to ensure parking discipline and bring persistent defaulters to the notice of the management.

(d)       Bringing unattended faults in Lifts and Central Utilities, as well as structural damage / growth of vegetation at inaccessible locations  to the notice of the management.

(e)       Coordinating Fire Fighting rehearsals involving residents and OiC Fire Fighting.

(f)        Monitoring any approved modification / construction inside Flats and bring cases of unauthorized modification / construction to the notice of the management.

(g)       Encouraging defaulting residents to clear their Society dues.

(h)       Coordinating contributory development / improvement efforts within the Block.

  1. The Block In Charge will NOT be responsible for reporting / rectification of individual complaints. These will be dealt with directly by the resident as per SOP on Repairs.
  2. Block ICs have the full support of the Management. The Society Supervisor, Safai Supervisor, Security Supervisor, Plumber and Electrician have been instructed to provide whatever support may be required in the execution of these duties.
