The Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act,2012, as well as the Bye Laws of the Society, require that all members be issued with Identity Cards. However, these have not been issued so far.
In May 2022, it was decided to issue Identity Cards to all members which would serve as identification during meetings of the General Body as well as society elections. Identity cards in respect of members whose applications were received are ready for issue from the society office.
Members who have not yet applied for the same are required to do so by submitting the appended form along with required photographs at the earliest. The form can be collected from the society office or downloaded from the society website – “sandeepans.com“.
