Procedure for Payment of 3rd Land Enhancement

PAYMENT OF 3RD LAND ENHANCEMENT

  1. HUDA had raised a demand for 3rd Land Enhancement in Jan 2016. The demand could not be paid because in spite of repeated requests, AWHO refused to organise payment and insisted that this be organized by the Society. Subsequently, the Collegium decided to pend payment while awaiting the outcome of the efforts of the Joint Action Committee (JAC).
  2. During the AGM held on 12 Nov 2017 it was observed that, the interest liability is increasing while there has been no progress in the efforts of the JAC. The Management was authorized to collect the dues from members and deposit the same with HUDA.
  3. The individual amount due from each flat owner has been calculated by AWHO as on 31 Dec 2017. The same has been disseminated by Email and posted on the Society website. It can be referred to at “sandeepans.com“. Clarifications can also be obtained telephonically from Lt Col Rohit Mittal, General Secretary, at Mob No 9356486734.
  4. The modalities for collection of payment will be as under:-
  • All members are requested to deposit the amount due from them in the specially designated bank account by 10 Dec 2017. It may be noted that this is not the bank account into which Society Charges are deposited
  • Payments made by some members to the Society, at the time of transfer of flats, will be adjusted against the amount due. They will only pay the difference accruing on account of interest since the date of their deposit.
  • Part payment will not be accepted.
  •  Members not making payment at this time will:
  •            NOT be eligible to get NOC for registration/sale/succession.
  •            Not be permitted hire out their flats.
  •             Be deemed to be in arrears of Society dues and hence not eligible to vote or enjoy other privileges of membership.
  • These provisions will also apply to those 12 members who have not paidthe 2nd Land Enhancement to AWHO, till such time as they make payment and obtain their clearance.

Procedure for Payment

  1. Payment can be made by cheque or RTGS as per following details:-

  1. Intimation regarding the transfer will be made to the specified Email ID –

  • Name of Member
  • Flat No
  • Amount
  • Bank through which transferred
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of transfer
  1. All members making payment will be issued with a special receipt for future reference and their details will also be intimated to AWHO for their record. Consolidated details of payees will also be put up on the Society Website.
  2. Members who have acquired their flat on repurchase, have expressed concern that the list forwarded by AWHO carries the name of the original owner. Such members can be assured that AWHO records are updated when the registration deed is forwarded to them and an acknowledgement is issued in return. In case any member has not received such acknowledgement, they may correspond with AWHO directly. However, the Society will also forward an updated list of members, as on date, to AWHO for necessary action.
