ISSUE OF IDENTITY CARD TO MEMBERS

  1. The Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act,2012, as well as the Bye Laws of the Society, require that all members be issued with Identity Cards. These serve as positive identification for voting in society elections.
  2. Only 226 current members have so far applied for and been issued with the identity card.
  3. In view of the forthcoming elections for the management 2026 -2029, all remaining members are requested to apply for the society identity card at the earliest.
  4. This may be done by submitting the appended form along with required photographs at the earliest. The form can be collected from the society office or downloaded from the society website – “sandeepans.com“.
  5. Outstation members may submit the completed form either by post or digitally at the society email address – sandeepvihar79@gmail.com.
