NOTICE FOR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
- The Annual General Meeting of the General Body will be held on Sunday, 25 Aug 2019 at 10.30 AM in the Community Centre.
- In case the Quorum is incomplete at this time, an Adjourned Meeting will be held on Sunday, 01 Sep 2019 at 10.30 AM in the Community Centre.
- In case the Quorum still remains incomplete at this meeting, a Re-adjourned Meeting will be held on Sunday, 08 Sep 2019 at 10.30 AM in the Community Centre.

Carry Over Points from GBM of 30 Jun 2019
- (a) To discuss the letters dated 14 Mar 2019 written by Lt Col J S Jeryal (Retd) addressed to District Registrar, Firms and Societies and Estate Officer, HUDA with copies to GOC-in-C Western Command and AWHO and dated 26 April 2019 addressed to District Register with copy to State Registrar ,well knowing that the very same points had been raised by him during the GBM on 24 March 2019 and the same were discussed and resolved by the General Body.
(b) To discuss the letter dated 16 May 2019 written by Lt Col J S Jeryal, (Retd) to the Panchkula Fire Authorities, well, knowing that the issue had been discussed during the GBM on 24 March 2019 and follow up action was in progress to rectify the deficiencies and deliberate changes in the system made in the past. Further to decide whether the present state of the fire fighting system was due to the negligence on the part of the President, as alleged, or whether there had been a systemic breakdown in the past which the present incumbent was trying to rectify.
(c) To approve budgetary proposals requiring additional expenditure consequent to the intervention by Fire Authorities at the behest of Lt Col J S Jeryal (Retd).
(d) To decide whether any action is required to be taken against Lt Col J S Jeryal (Retd), for acting contrary to the interests of the Society under the provisions of Para 8 (ii) of the Society Bye Laws,
Fresh Points
- (a) Consider the Project Report on Rain Water Harvesting prepared under the aegis of Col H S Ahuja (Retd) and decide on future course of action.
(b) Consider the application by some members to District Registrar for setting aside the deliberations and decision of the SGBM of 30 June 2019.
(c) Consider the Legal Notice issued by some members regarding payment of Development Charges, in accordance with resolution of the General Body, for Flats repurchased by them and determine the future course of action
(d) Consider the problem of encroachment of Common Areas under stilts and arrive at remedial measures.
(e) Consider the impact of new GST rules on the finances of the Society and where necessary, revise the concerned charges,
(f) Consider and approve the Audit Report of CA and the Internal Audit Report for FY 2018-19 and approve the same.
- Members may submit their points, if any, in writing at the Society Office or by email to sandeepvihar79@gmail.com by 18 Aug 2019. In view of the numerous issues to be discussed and the paucity of time, the points will be clarified in advance by the management. If still required, discussion on the point will be held during the GBM.
- All the documents referred to at Paras 4 and 5 above have been posted on the Scoeity Notice Board and are available on the Society Website – “sandeepans.com”.
- Only members who are eligible to vote under provisions of the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 / Rules / Society Bye Laws will be permitted entry into the venue.
- The meeting will be followed by Lunch.
- All members are requested to make it convenient to attend.
